   By accessing or using FACE SWAPPER, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them. MycrawlSoft reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Description of Service

   FACE SWAPPER allows users to upload photos, apply face-swapping technology, and download the transformed images. This app is integrated into Canva, allowing users to utilize created images directly in Canva projects.

3. User Responsibilities

   • Users agree not to upload content that is unlawful or infringes on the rights of others.
   • Users confirm that they have the right to upload and manipulate the images used in the FACE SWAPPER app.
   • MycrawlSoft is not liable for any third-party claims that may arise from users’ misuse of this app.

4. Storage, Processing, and Use of Anonymized Data

   processed on AWS S3 servers. MycrawlSoft allows users to upload images for face-swapping purposes. By using the service, you agree that MycrawlSoft may generate anonymized and de-identified data sets from the uploaded content by removing all personally identifiable information. You grant MycrawlSoft the right to use, disclose, share, and sell such anonymized data to third parties for any purpose, including but not limited to analytics, research, marketing, and artificial intelligence model training. We are committed to protecting your privacy; therefore, the original raw images containing personally identifiable information will not be sold to third parties without your explicit additional consent.

5. Service Availability

   FACE SWAPPER requires a stable GPU resource. At times, processing may be delayed due to high demand. MycrawlSoft does not guarantee the availability of the service at all times and is not liable for any disruptions or downtime.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability

   FACE SWAPPER is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. MycrawlSoft is not responsible for any data loss or damages resulting from the use or inability to use this app.

7. Governing Law

   These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
